Marshfield Clinic Cornell Center provides family medicine services to the Cornell community and surrounding areas.
Family medicine is concerned with the total health care of any individual and the entire family. Family medicine integrates the biological, clinical and behavioral sciences to treat the whole patient, no matter the age, gender or disease. Nutrition services, laboratory services and X-rays are available.
Cornell Center joined the Marshfield Clinic Health System in June 1993.
Cornell Center is accredited by American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (Quad A) as a Rural Health Clinic of Marshfield Clinic Health System.
Cornell Center is a
National Health Service Corps-approved site.
Cornell community
Cornell is a community of about 1,300 people located between Ladysmith and Chippewa Falls. It is home to Brunet Island State Park, which offers ample opportunity for hiking, biking, swimming and camping. The Old Abe Trail provides bicyclists with the opportunity to ride the 23 miles from Cornell to Chippewa Falls.
